Policies & Procedures

Please read carefully and completely prior to booking with us.

  • Check-in begins at 4 p.m. the day of your reservation. You will receive your door codes via email 24 hours prior to your check-in date. We will do our best to accomodate early check-ins, but they are not guaranteed.

  • Check-out is at 10 a.m. for weekday stays (Monday-Friday) and 11 a.m. on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Please ensure you close your suite door upon exiting when checking out.

  • A complimentary breakfast is always included in your reservation. A continental style breakfast is served on weekdays (Monday-Friday) beginning at 8 a.m. until check-out and a hot breakfast is served on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) beginning at 9 a.m. until check-out. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions upon booking.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date, or no shows, will be charged the full room rate. There is a $50 charge per room for Friday or Saturday cancellations made within 2-7 calendar days of the reservation date.

  • We accept cash or credit card payments (American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.) We require a credit card to be provided upon booking to hold your reservation even if you choose to pay with cash upon checking out.

    We do not accept personal checks.

  • We do not allow pets unless you have reserved the entire inn for your stay (two night minimum on Fridays and Saturdays.) We are happy to accomodate your pet for a $50 fee per pet (max number of 3 pets allowed) per reservation. We ask that you monitor your animals while on our property, pets must be leashed while outdoors on our property and may not be left un-attended outside or in-room for extended periods of time, nor should they be left at the property alone. Should a guest’s pet cause excessive disruption or damages to furniture, bedding, appliances, flooring, etc. Warner-Concord Farms reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for those damages.

  • For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. daily.

  • We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outside in our guest spaces. If we determine that smoking has occured in the house, a cleaning charge of $500 will be applied to your credit card on file.

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation.

  • We are an adult-oriented property. To ensure the comfort of all guests we do not allow children under the age of 13 unless all rooms are included in the reservation.

  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, in-room loud partying is prohibited. This includes yelling, loud music, and/or becoming excessively intoxicated and causing a disturbance of any kind. Those who are not on the initial booking are not permitted in our guest rooms. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning in not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave our property immediately.
